I'm the founder, CEO, and principal instructor at Skillcubator, an IT training, coaching, and mentoring company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE What challenge were you trying to address with ColorWhistle? I was looking for a company to help me redesign my website to make it look visually appealing and engaging.
SOLUTION What was the scope of their involvement? I initially engaged ColorWhistle to redesign my company logo, which led to the development and design of my entire website — which was outdated before hiring them. I met with their team several times to explain my vision, finalize the content with their writers, and collaborate on the website revamp project. Apart from redesigning our website, they also provided us with content strategy and development services. The team did a lot of customization and development on WordPress, but we've also utilized WooCommerce, as well as PayPal as a payment gateway. We've since engaged them on an ongoing basis for maintenance and SEO services. What is the team composition? My main point of contact is the CEO. How did you come to work with ColorWhistle? I found them through a Google search. How much have you invested with them? We've invested close to $3,000. What is the status of this engagement? Our ongoing partnership started in August 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? The team is highly professional, making them excellent to work with. The website went live last month, and we generally garner positive feedback from people, specifically citing the platform's user-friendliness. How did ColorWhistle perform from a project management standpoint? The team delivers everything on time and within budget, and goes above and beyond to make my project a success — they even help me with requests outside of the scope of work. We've used several channels to communicate, including Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, phone, and email. What did you find most impressive about them? We're impressed with how professional their team is, as they're consistently aware of their responsibilities. Are there any areas they could improve? There's nothing they need to improve on. Any advice for potential customers? I had a really good experience working with them, so I would just highly recommend them.
