OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE For what projects/services did your company hire ColorWhistle, and what were your goals? I hired ColorWhistle to completely rebrand my website by redesigning and making extensive development changes, including a directory of outdoor parks and a review functionality
SOLUTION How did you select ColorWhistle and what were the deciding factors? I searched online for a good web development company that offered personal touch in customer service. Color whistle's professional approach and 'client first' attitude made my choice easier Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. We kicked off the project by having couple of brainstorming session with both designer and developer. I liked how Colorwhistle patiently sat down with me couple of times over Skype to understand my needs and wants before jumping to solution. Then we worked with designed in getting couple of versions of the new design for my site. Once the design is confirmed, development team worked directly with me in taking my inputs and developing and implementing the website. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? three people - one project manager, one designer and one development team lead
RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? I have been seeing a healthy increase in user engagement and seo results since the implementation of the new website design Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines. A very hands on approach I would say. Once the team got comfortable, I was able to get in touch directly with the development team answering their questions and providing required inputs quickly and directly. This definitely helped in both quality of the output as well as the efficiency of the project delivery What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
