Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the IT manager and am always looking for ways to improve our systems.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE For what projects/services did your company hire ColorWhistle, and what were your goals? We have hired Rajeev from colorwhistle twice now for little API integrations with rezdy. That rezdy themselves could not do for us as we as our requirements are quite specific to what we do.
SOLUTION How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? I selected Rajeev as he had worked with rezdy API previously as shown on their website. Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. I needed a restaurant table layout and booking calendar to show on my wordpress website however showing the booking availability from rezdy. This was coded by rajeev using the API code from rezdy. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? Ravjeev was my main contact.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? Very good clear communication and understood exactly what i was trying to achieve. Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness. We had google meetings and email communication which i found great.
