BACKGROUND Please describe your company and position. I am the Sales & Office Manager of Rush Bikes Describe what your company does in a single sentence. We are a motorcycle shop that specializes in Motorcycle Collision Repair as well as doing Custom Paint, Custom Audio, Custom Lighting, and aftermarket Parts & Accessory Installations.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE What specific goals or objectives did you hire ColorWhistle to accomplish? Create a custom plugin so that our customers could log on to our website to check the status of their job. Add a feature to the plugin to automatically send the customer an email each time their status changes. Integrate our authorize.net account to the plugin so customers can pay their balance online when their bike is ready for pickup.

They kept me in the loop at all times, and gave me a clear timeline of what would be completed at certain times, and I was able to see the progress in real time. Describe their project management. Parthiban, the IT Delivery Manager went above and beyond to keep me informed at all times, and when I needed to make changes, or add something, she responded immediately regardless of the day or time it was. They actually delivered the plugin about a week ahead of schedule! What was your primary form of communication with ColorWhistle? When I started doing my research into different companies that offered plugin development services, I narrowed down my list to 3 companies. It was very obvious to me that ColorWhistle listened to me and UNDERSTOOD what I was trying to achieve right off the bat based on the detailed quote they sent me. It's not everyday you find a company that can take your idea, or vision, and make it come to fruition flawlessly. I couldn't be happier that I chose ColorWhistle to develop our custom plugin!!
