We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe XD. The role involves creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across various digital platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential as the candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications based on UX principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe XD to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
- Implement design feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the process.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, and effectively articulate design rationale.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
