Fractional CTO

Role Overview:

As a Fractional CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technical vision. You’ll work closely with our leadership and development teams to provide direction, solve complex problems, integrate advanced AI and cloud technologies, and ensure high-quality digital deliverables.

You’re based in Coimbatore, and more than willing to work onsite, brainstorm, and collaborate side-by-side with the team—regardless of age, title, or hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development team with clear technical guidance and mentorship.
Define and implement a future-proof technical strategy aligned with business goals.
Guide architecture, system design, and web development best practices.
Lead the integration of AI skills, AI agents, and automation into our digital offerings.
Work with modern web development frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure quality assurance, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior technical role.
Expertise in web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Laravel, Django).
Strong experience with cloud development frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of AI tools, APIs, AI agents, and modern automation technologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Coimbatore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in a digital agency or similar environment is a plus.
