I’m the CEO of a ticket marketplace for runners to buy and sell their race entries.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE What specific goals or objectives did you hire ColorWhistle to accomplish? We needed help building our complex website.
SOLUTION What was the scope of their involvement? ColorWhistle built a page to collect emails prior to our website’s launch. Then, they created a complex marketplace website with a proper management and CRM system on the backend. The team handled everything, including user signup, event listing, payment integration, seller and buyer dashboards, and admin dashboard configuration. What is the team composition? We worked with 2–5 teammates from ColorWhistle. How did you come to work with ColorWhistle? We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and they understood our brief. What is the status of this engagement? We started working with them in November 2025, and our engagement ended in April 2026.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? ColorWhistle has delivered a marketing landing page, designs, and our actual website. We’ve had raving reviews from our end users about the UI. Additionally, we work with a branding agency that thinks the site is excellent in terms of style, design, and functionality. How did ColorWhistle perform from a project management standpoint? We primarily communicate with ColorWhistle via email and messaging apps. What did you find most impressive about them?
