I’m one of the Co-Founders of Compare the Health. Compare the Health is a revolutionary new way to find health and fitness specialists in your area.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE For what projects/services did your company hire ColorWhistle, and what were your goals? Our previous developers were unreliable and time inefficient. We were recommended ColorWhistle by one of the members of the team who uses them for other projects. Rajeev and ColorWhistle have helped optimise our Wordpress website and rebuilt it from scratch in order to increase the speed and usability.
SOLUTION How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? Recommendation from another member of the team who have used ColorWhistle previously. The speed in which the work is completed and the price is seriously good. Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. Ongoing optimisation in order to improve the user friendliness and increase the ease of the customer journey on the website. Rajeev has included functionality on the website such as the ability to leave customer reviews and leave a star rating out of 5. Add an online chat function. Completely revamp our home page. And completely rebuild the site as it was previously using a drag and drop beaver builder which was slowing down the site massively. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? Rajeev is our main point of contact. He is extremely friendly and reliable.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? Since the optimisation pieces and rebuild of the website, our google rankings have gone up by over 1500 positions due to the increase in speed. We’ve also had an influx of customer enquiries. Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness. Communication is second to none, through Skype or standard email. And the time in which the work is completed is outstandingly quick. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? The reliability, openness, and the speed in which tasks are completed. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? If we have had any minor issues with any optimisation pieces (rare) then they were able to fix this in a matter of minutes!
